Fee Structure

IMPORTANT NOTE : The fee structure given is applicable for the session 2026-27 and has no relevance to the fee structure for the forthcoming academic sessions.

SCHOOL FEE POLICY

  • The annual fees paid are non-refundable, under any circumstances.
  • Non-refundable component will not be refunded under any circumstances whatever might be the date of cancellation post confirmation of admission.
  • If the child has attended school even for 1 day, both the school & Transport charges for that entire quarter is applicable and due to the school.                                                          
  • The de-registration/ cancellation policy has been uploaded on the website and will be binding in case of a cancellation request.
  • Fee to be paid by online transfer using payment link only.
  • Cash transactions against fees are not allowed.
  • The fee is expected to be cleared before the due dates. Any delay in payment of the fee shall result in the imposition of late charges and interest at the rate of 18% per annum on the overdue amount, accruing until the amount is fully paid.

Fee Instalments

  • School fee is to be paid in 4 equal instalments.
    (Instalment due dates – 1St April, 1st July, 1st October & 1st January)
  • Boarding & Lodging Charges is to be paid in 2 equal instalments.
    (Instalment due dates – 1St April & 1st September)
  • All other charges must be paid in full at one time. Instalment payments will not be allowed.

  • Transport charges 
  • Boarding & Lodging Charges
  • All outside sports/co-scholastic events 
  • Uniforms, Study books, Stationery Charges        
  • Entrance cost/ Tickets for Trips
  • Special trips after school hours
  • Outside Exam/Competition fees 
  • Charges for rentals/purchase of costume for special events.
  • Personal items like tuck shop bills, Personal grooming etc.
  • Outside hospitalization, personal medicines.
  • Washing charges for dresses other than uniforms.
  • Outstation tours / visits / Entry fees etc.
  • Individual / special lessons for children with special needs.
  • In the event of school transport not being availed, the transport charges for field trips and any excursion or event outside school will be applicable.

List of Documents for the new admission

  • Original School Leaving certificate (With School UDISE No.)
  • Original birth certificate – (for the admission to classes up to Grade I)
  • Latest Passport size photograph of child & parents.
  • Self-attested photocopies of AADHAAR card (child & Parents)
  • Photocopy of child’s Birth certificate.
  • Report card Photocopies of previous 3 years – (As applicable)
  • Caste certificate photocopy (If Applicable)
  • Photocopy of Other legal documents (If applicable)
  • Original Migration Certificate (For Class XI)
  • Filled Medical Form (in school format).
  • Original Bonafide certificate from the previous school.

Cancellation of Admission and Refund Policy:

  • A formal request for cancellation of admission must be submitted ONLY through an email addressed to admission@dhruv.edu.in Requests for cancellation through any other modes will not be accepted/entertained or acknowledged.
  • The date of receipt of a formal cancellation request will be considered as the date of formal withdrawal of admission, unless a specific date is mention in the communication. This date will be considered for determining the liable fees and therefore the refund, if applicable.
  • Till such a time a formal request is received from the parents for the cancellation, the child will continue to be active on the school rolls and therefore the fees up to that quarter will be liable and due to the school. Please refer table below

  • School Leaving certificate will be generated after due clearance from all concerned departments and the parents will be required to visit the school to collect the SLC and sign on the General Register. (Note – a SLC demand letter, received from the new school, needs to be submitted beforehand.)
  • Bank details needs to be shared in the request for cancellation to enable the school to process the refund, if applicable.
