FEE STRUCTURE
IMPORTANT NOTE : THE FEE STRUCTURE GIVEN IS APPLICABLE FOR THE SESSION 2026-27 AND HAS NO RELEVANCE TO THE FEE STRUCTURE FOR THE FORTHCOMING ACADEMIC SESSIONS.
SCHOOL FEE POLICY
- Admissions for Nursery and Jr.KG (ONLY- and subject to seat availability in Jr.KG) in session 2026-27 will fall under the new fee structure & move ahead accordingly. This fee will also be applicable for siblings who are eligible for enrollment to Nursery and Jr.KG for session 2026-27.
- Siblings (real & not from extended families) will be given a 50% discount in the non refundable (Section E) Component 2 of the one-time Administrative charges. ( applicable ONLY for session 2026-27).
- For staff wards: Staff is required to check the eligibility of the concession applicable with the Admission office.
- Grade XI will be considered as new admission with administrative charges @Rs.50,000/- applicable for fresh admissions and @Rs.30,000/- for existing Grade X students of this School seeking admission for Gr. XI.
- Late fee will be payable @Rs.10 per day for the first 15 days and Rs. 100/- from the 16th day for fee not paid on time.
- The Administrative charges have to be paid only once at the time of admission confirmation.
- Post cancellation of admission during the session,the refundable component will be refunded after ensuring that all school dues have been settled.
- Once the child has been promoted to Grade IX the refundable amount will be forfeited and will not be applicable for refund.
- If the child has attended school even for 1 day, both the school & Transport fee for that entire quarter is applicable and due to the school.
- The de-registration/ cancellation policy has been uploaded on the website (https://dhruv.edu.in/Pune/cancellation-deregistration/) and will be binding in case of a cancellation request.

- Transport charges
- All outside sports/co-scholastic events
- Uniforms, Study books, Stationery Charges
- Entrance cost/ Tickets for Trips
- Special trips after school hours
- Outside Exam/Competition fees
- Charges for rentals/purchase of costume for special events.
- In the event of school transport not being availed, the transport charges for field trips and any excursion or event outside school will be applicable.

- Transportation charges are payable in 2 installments.
