Instructions For Parents Seeking Admission

Step 1: Complete the Registration

Please note: Once a registration link has been generated, it cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be considered under any circumstances.
Step 2: Receive the Admission Form Link
After completing the registration, a link to access the admission form will be sent to the email ID provided during registration.
Step 3: Fill in the Admission Form
Complete the admission form online and upload all the required documents and attachments.
Important: The admission form link is valid for 7 days from the date of generation. Parents are requested to complete and submit the form within this period.
Step 4: Visit the School Campus
After successfully submitting the admission form online, parents are requested to visit the school campus along with their child to complete the further admission formalities.
Step 5: Interaction with the Principal
Parents and the student will be required to attend an interaction with the Principal as part of the admission process. The school team will guide the parents regarding the next steps.
Important Note
Registration and/or submission of the admission form does not guarantee admission.
Admission will be confirmed only upon receipt of all required documents, payment of the applicable administrative charges.
AGE CRITERIA FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2027-28
The child has to complete 3 years of age before 30th June 2027 for Nursery( Born before 30th June 2024)
List of Documents Required at the Time of Admission Mandatory: –
- Birth certificate – (Original Certificates may be produced at the time of admission for verification).
- Aadhar card copies of the student and parents.
- 2 photographs – student (recent).
- 2 photographs each parent.
- Medical form which is a part of the Admission Form to be filled, signed and stamped by a registered medical practitioner as well as the “Undertaking Form” duly filled and signed by the parents must be submitted.
- Original Bonafide Certificate (for students seeking admission from class Jr.KG to Grade I).
- Original Transfer Certificate (for students seeking admission from class 2 onwards). It must be submitted before the start of the academic session under any circumstances.
- Evidence of having graduated from the previous class as applicable (Photocopies of Report Card) (for Gr-I no such document is mandatory).
- Caste Certificate if applicable (in the name of the child) failing which the caste will be categorised as “General” till the time the certificate is submitted to the school.
- Minority Certificate – if applicable – in the name of the child – failing which the religion will be categorised as “General” till such a time the certificate is submitted to the school. Time allowed for submission will not exceed 6 months from the date of admission.
- Photocopy of Passport and OCI is mandatory for overseas students – or an OTP (one time passport).
- Photocopy of Legal documents, if applicable. E.g.- Change in name, Custody etc.

Step 2: After filling the Enquiry Form, parents will be contacted by the school team for the further registration process. Registration does not guarantee admission.
Step 3: Details regarding the online admission counselling session will be sent to the registered email id (as entered in the enquiry form)
Step 4: Children for the grades 2 upwards will have to appear for Grade Level Readiness Survey and an interaction on a pre specified day.
Step 5: Upon completion of the steps above, and after you receive communication from the school, you will be invited to complete the admission process by submitting the hard copy of the admission form, duly and completely filled. The relevant documents given below will have to be submitted to the school. The administrative charges will have to be deposited in school via debit/ credit card to complete the process. An incomplete form in any aspect will NOT be considered for processing.

- Original Transfer Certificate (for students seeking admission from class 2 onwards) In case that is to be submitted later, a letter stating the same mentioning the date of submission.
- Caste Certificate if applicable (in the name of the child) failing which the caste will be categorised as “General” till such a time the certificate is submitted to the school.Time allowed for submission will not exceed 6 months from the date of admission.
- Minority Certificate – if applicable- in the name of the child- failing which the religion will be categorised as “General” till such a time the certificate is submitted to the school.Time allowed for submission will not exceed 6 months from the date of admission.
- Aadhar card copies of the student and parents.- In case, not available, an application stating the same will be provided to the school within 3 months from the date of admission.
- Original Certificates may be produced at the time of admission for verification- Birth certificates

- Medical form, which is a part of the Admission Form to be filled, signed and stamped by a registered medical practitioner must be submitted.

Once the above steps are satisfactorily completed parents will receive an admission offer and the admission formality is to be completed within 3 working days, failing which the seat will be given to the next candidate.
Step 6: Formalities of Admission Confirmation will be scheduled for Monday to Friday between 10.30 am to 2.00 pm.
Admission will only be confirmed on receipt of the Administrative Fees and complete documentation.
