Bringing recognition to one\u2019s self and the nation in the field of sports is a dream of every DHRUVian. To support these dreams, the school has thoughtfully designed a curriculum for sports and physical education to develop stamina, endurance, and sportsman spirit and learn the intricacies of various team and individual games.<\/p>\n

We offer an integrated sports programme for Grades 1 to 3 focusing on their fine and gross motor development so that they are ready to pick up specialized sports in the coming years. For Grades 4 to 9, the sports programmes concentrate on building up perfect coordination between the body and mind. Therefore, apart from specialized coaching in games like Badminton, Table Tennis, Basketball, Football, Swimming, Taekwondo and Athletics, Yoga is an important part of their fitness regime.<\/p>\n

The school has a tie-up with a professional sports academy sports consultancy for enhancing the sports experience of our students and to curate an individual and effective plan for the students.<\/p>\n

Intra-school and inter-school tournaments are held on a regular basis to encourage and promote Sports.
