Our final day in Enkoping was a whirlwind of emotions, starting with a mix of excitement and nervous energy as we put the finishing touches on our presentations. We shared our projects with an enthusiastic audience of Grade 1 students, then explored their adorable mini-business fair, where creative ideas like the winning “Ketch-Gun” group stole the show. In the evening, we headed to Kerstien’s home for a heartfelt farewell dinner. The menu was a cultural treat — spicy pav bhaji that the Swedish students couldn’t get enough of, alongside fresh pasta and salad prepared by our Swedish friends. We celebrated Felicia and Luqmaan’s birthdays with cake and song, crafted beautiful flower wreaths in true Swedish tradition, and joined hands for a joyful Swedish dance. As the sun dipped low, we shared warm hugs, heartfelt words, and teary-eyed goodbyes closing this chapter with full hearts and unforgettable memories.
