Sweden Day 4 – Swedes, Sizzle, and School Spirit

Today kicked off with an 8:30 AM bus ride to Westerlundska Gymnasiet, our first time stepping into the place, and the welcome couldn’t have been better. Teachers and students were right at the entrance, greeting us with big smiles like we were old friends. A piano recital and a pretty welcome speech by the Swedish students set the tone for our immersive study tour.

We started the day with breakfast alongside them, chatting and getting to know each other. The energy was super chill and friendly. After that, things got fun, we jumped into some games like the Swedish Coob, together and then played Bingo . It was competitive but fun.

Lunch came around fast, and right after that we were part of the school’s Young Entrepreneurs Gala. It was cool seeing how our age students here are already building ideas and businesses.

Later in the evening, we went to Ms Kerstin’s house, where the Swedish students had planned a barbecue for us. They grilled, we chilled! Food was great, the conversations were even better, and we wrapped the day playing a bit more before heading back to our cottages.
